This is where we get into the details: devotional stops, group needs, hotel preferences, and special requests.
Finalize and launch registration
Once you approve the proposal, we set up your group's registration page. You share the link with your congregation.
Travelers register directly, pay their deposit online, and receive a confirmation automatically.
Manage through your dashboard
Monitor registrations, payments, and documents from a single dashboard. We send automated reminders to travelers.
Payment schedules, document deadlines, and rooming assignments are all tracked in one place.
