We offer two models: hosted departures (fixed dates, open enrollment, led by one of our host pastors) and private group trips (custom dates, your group only, led by your own pastor).
Hosted departures are ideal if: your church has fewer than 20 interested travelers, you don't want to handle logistics, you want a proven itinerary with an experienced host, or this is your first time organizing travel. Groups of any size can join — from couples to church teams of 15.
Private group trips are ideal if: you have 25+ travelers, your pastor wants to lead the spiritual content, you want a custom itinerary (adding or removing sites), or you want specific dates. Private groups get their own bus, guide, and complete flexibility.
Pricing: Hosted departures are generally $200–$400 less per person because fixed costs are spread across a larger group (40+ travelers). Private groups pay a premium for exclusivity but get complete control.
